Location: the hotel was right by tower, markets and Blackpool. Cafe mazzei cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The room was cosy in certain bedrooms, with essentials required. I liked the satisfactory breakfast served even for our vegetarian.

It is a peaceful hotel. Unbeatable location near town centre, the pier, and the beach and shops, it's central.

Family room accommodated four comfortably, with good space for everyone. Easy access to attractions, only a few minutes from shopping and the main strip.
The family room felt a bit warm even with the window open, which might bother those who prefer cooler sleeping conditions. The side panel on the bunk bed could be higher was nice, though it didn't cause any issues . Parking is a short walk away, which may not be ideal for families with a lot of luggage or young children.

A great place for families
We got a family room that slept 5 and it was perfect for us, really spacious for a short stay. The kids loved the full English breakfast, and even my picky daughter devoured it without any fuss, rare!
It wasn't exactly dirt cheap, but it was still alright for what we got.

The rooms were cozy, and the cleanliness was great. The breakfast was superb, especially appreciated by my picky eaters. Ray and the staff went out of their way to ensure we felt at home, made our family holiday more fun.
My kids wished for a bit more space to play inside.

The family room was beautifully clean and comfortably arranged for our needs, with cozy beds that even the kids loved. The location couldn't be better-just a short walk to the seafront. Breakfast was a standout, with ample options including a delicious full English and accommodating to even the pickiest eaters, thanks to the variety available. The bar hours could use extension to cater to late-night guests, and additional towels would enhance the stay. Nevertheless, the warm hospitality displayed made a lasting impression.

Cute atmosphere from the hosts.
We faced several challenges . The room we were given was small and felt cramped, hard to relax. The bed was uncomfortable. We also experienced issues with cleanliness, as dust was present on surfaces.

We visited the theatre and really enjoyed the vocal performances at Stars in Concert. The breakfast was great, and the bar area was a nice spot to relax after a long day out. Perfect for groups!
One downside was the coffee situation in the room. They only had instant powder, which wasn't great for my morning routine.
